Plan Year 2024 Intent to Sell & Training

The Broker Intent to Sell Form is now live! If your Intent to Sell is accepted, you will be sent an email with the broker certification training link that will open on September 1, 2023, from trainer@learn.trakstar.com. Should you have any questions about the certification process, please contact Broker Support at brokersupport@exchange.nv.gov.

Navigators and CECs will receive a training link email on September 1, 2023, from trainer@learn.trakstar.com.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: SYSTEM ENHANCEMENTS

• Filter Book of Business by DMI Due Date- You can now filter consumers by the due date of the DMI.

• Broker Mobile App- You can now see the CSR level for a consumer’s enrollment. Additionally, hyperlinks to the carrier’s websites have also been included.
• Plan Shopping Clear All filters- You no longer have to deselect individual filters applied at window shopping. Once filters have been selected you can choose to ‘clear all.’
• Comparing Multiple Plan Detail
  • Comparison tool
  • Will be available during window shopping (Oct)
  • Optimized for a printable format

• Member level disenrollments- Allowing the Exchange to now term specific individuals enrolled on a policy.
• Broker Book of Business Improvement- When a broker lands on their book of business, the system will load only the current year applications. Brokers have the ability to check past applications for the households using the Application Year filter and the other existing filters like First Name, Last Name, Application type, etc.
