Window Shopping begins October 1^st

• Window shopping on Nevada Health Link begins Saturday, October 1, for Plan Year 2023. Prepare for Open Enrollment by reviewing 163 qualified health plans.

The broker and consumer call center will be open on Saturday, October 1^st from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Open Enrollment Plan Year 2023 Prep Sessions, coming soon! 

• Save the Date invitations to our annual prep sessions to kick off Open Enrollment have been sent out, make sure to RSVP!
• This will be virtual presentation via Zoom
• Prep Sessions will be Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2022 @ 10:00 AM and Thursday, Oct. 6, 2022 @1:00 PM. 

Special Enrollment for Nevadans enrolled through Benefytt Technologies:

• A settlement was finalized involving a company known as Benefytt Technologies. The company was found to be fraudulently marketing and selling ACA healthcare products. Nevada Health Link has reached out to individuals impacted by Benefytt Technologies and is offering a Special Enrollment Period (SEP) to enroll in Marketplace coverage if eligible from September 6^th to November 10^th, 2022.

• Consumer line 9 AM - 5 PM PST

• Broker line 9 AM - 7 PM PST 

Saturday and Sundays (November 1^st – January 15^th)

• Broker and Consumer line 9 AM – 5 PM PST

Exceptions

• Extended hours to 11:59 PM PST on 1/14, 1/15 and 1/20

• Extended hours to 7:00 PM PST on 12/31 for broker and consumer lines

• Saturday,10/1/22, window shopping broker and consumer 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Agent/Broker & Navigator/EEF Certification Training:

• All agents, brokers, and enrollment facilitators that provide enrollment assistance are required to complete Nevada Health Link certification training by October 15, 2022, for Plan Year 2023. Please contact brokersupport@exchange.nv.gov for any training certification questions. 

Please note: The Division of Insurance will be releasing final rates publicly on October 1^st, the Exchange will send out a press release on October 3^rd to announce final rates, plans and carriers.
