- Click on the “Applicant Verification” tab
- A pop up will appear with everyone listed in the household. There are three columns: Verification name, status, and date
- Verification tab: This will show all the different verifications that consumers have
- Status: This will tell you if the consumer DMI has been verified or still requires documentation
- Date: This column will show the date the DMI was verified. This column will also show the time remaining to upload the documentation
- You can then go through the process of uploading the document for the consumer
Please note: it is your responsibility as the agent/broker to assist your consumers with uploading documents to resolve DMI’s within the given time frame.
DMI Deadlines: Starting February 2023 consumers who have open DMIs that expire after 90 days of not being resolved will no longer be granted an extension to clear their DMI. Consumers must resolve their open DMI within the given timeframe. Nevada Health Link will continue to make outreach to consumers with open DMIs.
We heard your feedback and are working diligently to improve the DMI process. As more enhancements become available, Nevada Health Link will continue to provide step by step information and trainings.
