Broker Intent to Sell:
The Broker Intent to Sell form for Plan Year 2023 is now open. ALL returning and new brokers are required to submit an Intent to Sell. Visit our website to fill out the form.
Plan Year 2023 Training:
All agents, brokers, and exchange enrollment facilitators who provide enrollment assistance are required to complete the Nevada Health Link certification training. Training for Plan Year 2023 will be open from September 1, 2022, through October 15, 2022.
ATTENTION: Due to limited space for training certifications, Nevada Health Link will not be inviting non-resident brokers to certify for Plan Year 2023 unless they have a current book of business through Nevada Health Link.
Carrier Update:
Liberty Dental is stopping special enrollment for new enrollees as of 7/1/2022 to avoid any issues with auto renewals into Plan Year 2023.
DMI reminder:
Agents, brokers and navigators play a vital role in helping consumers understand data matching issues (DMIs) and submit documents or update their application to resolve their issues. DMIs are caused by a mismatch between the consumer’s attested application information and federal database information that Nevada Health Link is required to consult for eligibility purposes.
Now is a critical time in the DMI process for consumers with open issues on their Plan Year 2022 applications because:
- Large numbers of consumers are running out of time to submit documents to resolve their data matching issues.
- Consumers who do not resolve their issues will lose advance payments of the premium tax credit (APTC) or coverage.
- Agents/Brokers will lose commissions for many of these consumers if documents are not submitted and issues are not resolved.
- Check consumer accounts NOW and have consumers submit any requested or required documents.
