You are invited to participate in the second Public Comment Workshop focused on providing feedback on the Silver State Health Insurance Exchange's (Exchange) proposed Language Access Plan (LAP). This plan has been crafted in alignment with the requirements of Senate Bill 318 (SB318), which was enacted into law during the 2021 Nevada Legislative Session.

The primary objective of this workshop is to gather valuable insights and opinions regarding the Exchange's Language Access Plan. The LAP is designed to enhance accessibility to government services, programs, and information for residents of Nevada with limited proficiency in English.

Your participation in this workshop is invaluable as we strive to ensure that our Language Access Plan is inclusive, effective, and responsive to the needs of our diverse community. Your feedback will play a significant role in shaping the final version of the plan, ultimately enhancing accessibility and quality of services for all Nevadans.
